Another way to ride is with a compagnon who carries your things and keeps the children motivated. Many routes start off from the Gite or towards Italy via local hills  or towards the Guil valley to admire the Viso with all the family.

Sauna

A session at the sauna helps you to relax, and recover quickly from pains and muscle strain.

Reserve preferably in the morning to make the most of the sauna after a day skiing or walking.
